Regency Towers Condo Rentals

The food at the pools is so good ! I live that they have a heated pool as well as a natural temp . Great hot tub . Carts are always available for hauling shopping or luggage to our condo . We can get Walmart , target delivered. Door dash deliveries . There is a really nice Publix really close by and Great restaurants! We love the beach just steps from the pool , and plenty of showers to clean off as well as your beach items as you get back from the beach .

Unit 1407 was amazing with a spectacular view! This penthouse suite was luxurious, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. Felt like home! The 4 large bedrooms and 3 full baths were extremely spacious and newly updated. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was super convenient. We enjoyed site seeing at St. Andrew’s State Park where we saw numerous birds, dolphins, and deer. Loved being outdoors in nature. We also spent time golfing, playing pickle ball, and relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub. At the end of the day, we enjoyed family time in the large family area with plenty of seating. Everyone that we encountered was very kind. We are looking forward to going back and highly recommend it.

I had an excellent experience staying in room 1117. Owner was very kind and gave very good instructions for check in and out. The condo was up to date. Kitchen had everything you could have needed to cook meals and had two options for coffee. This was by far the best place I have ever booked at here in Panama City. Great family trip for us.

My twin sister & I along with a few Other girls in the family take a Girl’s trip every year, we have gone to PCB the past 4 years and stayed at Regency Towers each time , we absolutely love it ! The ocean view is amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a long weekend in Unit 1407 of the Regency Towers, and I just wanted to share my thoughts on what an exceptional experience it was. First off, the location on the 14th floor is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views that left me in awe every single day. From the moment I woke up, I found myself captivated by the sight of the Gulf and the serene image of people enjoying the pristine beach below. The pools, particularly the heated one, added an extra touch of charm to the already beautiful scenery. The condo itself was a true find. It was immaculate and the beds were so comfortable, ensuring that I had a restful sleep each night. The family room and kitchen area were wonderfully spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. The layout was particularly well-thought-out, allowing for plenty of privacy for larger groups while still providing a great space to connect in the family room and kitchen. One of my favorite features was the lovely covered patio. It offered the perfect spot to enjoy both sunsets and sunrises, whether I was sipping my morning coffee or enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The patio truly added to the overall experience, making it even more special. Dan and Beth were very responsive to every request. Beth even called to walk me through how to use the Keurig coffee machine. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I am already looking forward to returning in the future. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place to stay.

Fantastic place to spend a week (or more!) at Panama City Beach! Right in the beach, but away from the busier part of town. Two great pools, with a bar/restaurant between them with reasonable prices. We ate several simple but yummy meals (cheeseburgers, BBQ nachos, quesadillas) at the pool. We were there for 8 nights and will likely be back!

Just recently purchased a unit here. It's a prime location away from all the crowds. Many convenient amenities like gym with cardio, pool table, poker table, corn hole, 2 pools one heated and the other more refreshing, a kids pool, large jacuzzi, and a bar and grill next to pools. We have always loved it here. Now we have one as an investment.

It “is” great, we're still on it! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets, family-oriented, staff is cordial and professional. There are two pools, and a wading pool, one is heated. There's a Cabana by the pool that serves food and drinks. It has an exercise room, it's gated, on a main road, a twenty-four-hour ocean breeze accompanied by the sounds of the ocean. From our unit I have personally seen baby Sting Rays, birds diving in the ocean for fish, Pelicans flying close enough to our unit to introduce ourselves, generational family tourism. And oh, this is my family's seventh Thanksgiving in a row spent here. There is a kitchen with pots and pans, cutlery, plates and bowls, two bathrooms, washer and dryer, living room, this unit has a firepla, and a patio. Whewww, I'm out of breath!
